5. Prices, Payments & Fees
1. **Prices:** All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to supplier adjustments, taxes, currency fluctuations, or errors. We will inform you of the final price at the time of booking.
2. **Payments:** Payment terms vary by product and will be indicated during booking. We accept payments by the methods displayed on our website. Payments processed through third-party payment gateways are subject to those gateway's terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPIFINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY BOOKINGS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRIPIFINE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
