DAY 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. After clearing immigration and customs, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Check in and take some time to relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the nearby streets, markets, or enjoy a short walk around the vibrant Thamel area, known for its shops, cafés, and cultural atmosphere. DAY 2 - Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin a full-day cultural tour of Kathmandu’s प्रमुख UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Start with Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Observe traditional rituals and cremation ceremonies from a respectful distance. Next, visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. DAY 3 - Drive to Pokhara (via Manakamana Temple)

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Pokhara (approx. 6–8 hours). The journey follows the Trishuli River and offers beautiful views of hills, rivers, and rural landscapes. En route, you may opt to visit Manakamana Temple (at extra cost), a sacred Hindu temple believed to fulfill wishes. Reach the temple via a cable car ride offering stunning views of the surrounding valleys. Continue your drive to Pokhara, a serene lakeside city known for its natural beauty and mountain views. DAY 4 - Pokhara Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Start with Devi’s Fall, a unique waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel. Just across the road, visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a sacred cave housing a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva and offering views of the underground waterfall. DAY 5 - Drive back to Kathmandu

DAY 6 - Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. Your trip concludes with beautiful memories of Nepal’s culture, spirituality, and natural beauty.

  • CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
  • A reservation should be considered cancelled only after receiving our confirmation of such cancellation. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival of passenger, the cancellation expenses will be charged according to the following table:
  • · 14 – 08 days before arrival: 50% of total price
  • · 07 – 00 days or if have no show of passenger: 100% of total price.
  • There will be no refund for unused services or changes in itineraries made by passengers without permission.
  • BAGGAGE
  • It is allowed 02 suitcase normal sized per passenger in all transports. Passenger shall be fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the course of the trip. Regarding to land transport, luggage and other personal belongings should be kept with you, whatever part of the vehicle that will be placed and will be transported at the risk of the user. We recommend users are present in all manipulations of loading and unloading of baggage. Baggage on air transport, rail, sea or driving, conditions of transport companies will apply, being the ticket passage, the document binds the mentioned companies to the passenger. If client suffer any baggage damage, loss or delay, the passenger must present a claim against the Transport Company. For transport of large volumes of luggage such as bicycles, surfboards, etc, a supplement will apply (please consult). The tour packages in economy class can have a piece of 15kg in air transport. The company may charge a supplement or can refuse baggage that exceed this weight or parts. Recommended not to store valuables, medication, passport, documents or money inside baggage. If you want to have this procedure, make a statement before travelling.
  • TIPS / TAXES / TICKETS
  • Tickets to museums and sites during excursions are included. Not included any kind of tip, and the tips are at your discretion.
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
  • Passenger must have valid passport, and visas for the countries that require them. Under 18 years old must have an authorization letter written and signed by their parents or guardians as such document can be requested by any authority. In the case of loss of a document for passenger such as hotel voucher, ferries tickets, air tickets, etc, we will not be held responsible and the penalty that will apply for a new booking and issuance of such documents.
  • HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
  • Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
  • We recommend for you to purchase full travel insure that will cover the entire cost of your trip in case cancellation, trip interruption for any reason, etc.

  • 50% of the package amount must be paid during the time of booking (Advance Payment).
  • Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
  • Unused services for transfers, tours, and hotel accommodation are not refundable.

25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30% cancellation of the package cost before 10 days of the traveling date.
70% cancellation of the package cost before 05 days of the traveling date.
100% cancellations before 03 days of the travel date.
Any train and flight ticket cancellation will be applicable as per Indian railway airline rules and
refund/adjustment can be given only after recelving the refund from the train or airline company.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are valid for Indian Citizens Only.
  • Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
  • Passport copies are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currency.
  • Standard Check-in is at 14:00 Hours, and Check-out is at 12:00 Hours, which may vary as per local rules or the nature of the tour package.
  • In case of Force Majeure events, such as pandemics, flight delays, cancellations, etc., we reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify the tour package and facilities before or during the tour. Refunds will not be applicable in such cases.
  • Tripifine Private Limited will not be held accountable for any misbehavior or involvement in illegal activities by the customer during the tour.
  • Any sickness, personal injuries, medical emergencies, or deaths during the trip are the responsibility of the customer and should be covered by their insurance.
  • If you experience any discomfort with our service, please notify the tour coordinator or our office. Legal complaints will be handled under the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
  • Pre/post tour deviations must be informed at the time of booking. Last-minute changes will not be entertained. Unused services will not be refunded.
  • Security deposits may be required by hotels, which will be refunded upon checkout.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach. The company will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Guests are expected to be on time for tours and transfers. The maximum waiting time for the driver is 10 minutes.
  • All guests must have valid travel insurance.
  • Passengers must carry the required show money as per the rules of their travel destination.
  • The company will not be liable for deportation issues due to a lack of show money or failure to present documents properly.
  • Engaging in absconding or unlawful behavior during the tour will result in termination of the tour and revocation of travel privileges.
  • The company shall not be liable for any expenses incurred due to failure to comply with tour or destination country regulations.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to wear seatbelts while traveling. Any fines issued due to failure shall be borne by the guest.

Note : in Case heavy snow falls and any road block Any Cost arising due to natural Calamitics like
roadblocks, landslides etc. Then any Extra Cost Charge payable by Client.
Note in Case heavy snow falls and any road block, if these sightseeing vehicles would be unable to
provide pick up & drop and sightseeing, then 4X4 vehicle will be use which cost is not included in this
package and 4X4 vehicle cost will be payable by the guest _directly to the vehicle's driver.
Packages does not include entry fees to monuments and places
Any Insurance
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), ete (to be
borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

hotel is 10:00 AM morning.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days' subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of
tours.
Though Himachal has been witnessing a huge tourist growth, the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids
ete available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star
Categorization ie 1*, 2*,3* and so on.
The Package Cost Does Not Include Any Airfare and Train Fare,
Snow Vehicle Fare, If Road Is Block Due to Snow.
Personal Expenses Such as Laundry, Luggage Charge, Telephone Calls, Room Heater Charges, Tips &
Gratuity, Camera Fee, Mineral Water, Soft & Hard Drinks, Adventure Activities
Any Cost Arising Due to Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances
(Strikes), Etc. To Be Borne by The Guest.
Anything Which Is Not Included in The Inclusion.
If we change or cancel your Holiday
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your
travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any
changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning
reasons to you.
Ifwe are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad
weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
Ifthe tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-
rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as
tour fees.
